ORDER PROCESSING

Our goal is to process orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure your shipment reaches you promptly.

For accurate shipping rates, please proceed to checkout where shipping charges will be calculated and displayed.

Kindly review and verify that you have entered the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from address errors provided by you. In the event of a returned order due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding the shipping fee) and request that you resubmit your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that international orders do not cover applicable taxes and duty fees during the checkout process. The shipping fee covers the transportation and delivery costs of your parcel.
